Life in the West Bank: Inhumane settlement policies
I visited the West Bank to see how life is there. What I experienced deeply shook me.
People must always be at the center of politics – sadly, that is often overlooked! I want a free, fair and inclusive Europe in which everyone gets the same opportunities. That’s what I’m fighting for – for you, with you and because of you!
What I stand for, what moves me and what brought me here
I swapped the classroom for politics out of conviction: because I want to leave a better Europe behind for young people. As Chair of the Committee on Culture and Education in the European Parliament, I am exactly in the right place.
Philip is where all things come together: He’s the brain behind my calendar, sorts out my e-mails and makes sure I’m exactly where I have to be at the right time.
Michael handles media enquiries, plans press events, and maintains relationships with journalists in Brussels. As a former journalist, he knows which stories work best where.
Lina is our voice in Germany. She organises travel and visits, keeps in touch with key stakeholders across the country, and monitors the German political debate.
Charlotte is committed to a Europe where everyone has equal opportunities – regardless of where they come from. She sees culture and education as the EU’s most important soft power tools in asserting itself in a new global order.
Valentina works to make Europe fairer for everyone – through cooperation in education and training, harmonised labour protection rules, and clear safeguards against discrimination.
Emely creates viral videos, brilliant memes, and informative slides—making sure political work resonates and engages.
Fátima is the mastermind behind everything we do online. She translates politics into posts, plans social media strategies, organises campaigns, and sharpens my public profile.
